For processing BOPS sheet or film , usually, contact heat type thermoforming machine is required, but the problem is that production speed , transparence and forming depth are effected by heat plate of contact heat type machine .

So for mass production of BOPS packaging, 2in1 and 3in1 is very good choice,

*Production speed from 2in1 or 3in1 is very fast , 25-30 /min or more cycles is very normal

*transparence is much better because it use oven to heat instead of heat plate

*it can use plug assist so distribution of material is more even when it produces deep package
