About LX Plastic Machinery Limited

LX Plastic Machinery Limited develops and manufactures thermoforming machinery and automated production systems for plastic packaging applications. The company was founded in 2010, while our engineering experience in thermoforming dates back to 2001 — a foundation built on real production requirements.

We started with a clear objective: to help plastic packaging manufacturers improve production efficiency with reliable, cost-effective thermoforming solutions. We recognized the need for equipment designed around real-world manufacturing requirements, with practical configurations, dependable performance, and responsive technical support. Since then, we have continued to improve our technology and equipment to meet the evolving needs of plastic packaging manufacturers worldwide.

Today, our product range covers tilt-mold cup thermoforming machines, 3in1/4in1 multi-station thermoforming machines, contact-heat thermoforming machines, vacuum forming machines, sheet extrusion lines, thermoforming tooling and auxiliary equipment — 50 machine models covered by current CE certification. These systems produce plastic cups, bowls, trays, lids, containers and clamshells for customers in more than 40 countries.

Development has always been driven by practical production challenges. Since 2001, our innovation journey has included full-servo control, four-cam tilt-mold technology, trim-in-place steel-rule-knife cutting, robotic cup stackers, two-axis and three-axis robotic stacking, integrated 3in1/4in1 systems and inline lid-packing — 15 technology milestones that we continue to build on.

Our teams work across engineering and R&D, machine assembly, quality control, application support and after-sales service. We configure machinery according to the customer’s product dimensions, material, sheet thickness, mould, capacity, forming process, stacking method and automation requirements — providing practical production systems instead of isolated machines. With a 12-month warranty, free operator training and internet remote assistance, we support customers from equipment selection through testing, commissioning and stable production.
